Sam has always been a consistent skater in both Park and Vert. He was voted the ASA Best Overall skater three years in a row (1999, 2000 and 2001). He organizes The Annihilation Tour, a tour designed to build the skate scene in Australia. Once infamous as a partier, Sam's late night adventures have been curtailed by age and a steady girlfriend. XG 2003 is Sam's sixth X Games.
