Welcome to Outdoor Megastore, the online store of Great Outdoors Hastings.  The business was established over 18 years ago and is now Hawkes Bay’s largest outdoors store.

Owners Darren and Belinda are passionate about the outdoors and with over 20 years experience in the industry including 8 years as an Outdoors Instructor, Darren knows his stuff.

The store concept is quite simple – Outdoor Megastore provides the widest range of both local and international gear possible. We guarantee you completely unbiased advice, so that you find the right product for you. 

We stock over 30 different brands including Icebreaker, Marmot, The North Face, Columbia, Surfanic, Earth Sea Sky, Freedom Camping, Osprey, Deuter, Mountain Equipment, Merrell,  Lowa, Scarpa, Phil & Teds, Mission Kayaks and Thule Roof Rack Systems.

Located in Hastings, Hawkes Bay, Outdoor Megastore's trading store, Great Outdoors Hastings, is one of New Zealand’s largest specialised outdoor stores.  With over 600sqm of permanent display space, you can view the many ranges all year round including canvas tents and camping equipment.
