The Board Shop (formally Windscene (r.i.p) ) has been the hub of extreme water sports since 1984. We are one of the oldest, kite surfing and surf shops in New Zealand. In November 2005 we had a major fire that wiped us out. We quickly got back on our feet in our new shop @ 49 Barrys Point Rd. We used the move and fire as a new beginning and have changed our focus to Surfing dropping the windsurfing and kiteboarding side of the business. We now have one of the biggest ranges of surfboards in the country, catering from first timers to pros.
