4 and Rotary Promotions have partnered up with various major workshops to bring you the 4 and Rotary Dyno Challenge. The competition will run at all 3 of the 4 and Rotary events, V 4 & Rotary Nationals, V 4 & Rotary South Island Champs, V 4 & Rotary North Island Jamboree.
Confirmed also for the 3 events are 4wd dyno’s, so all the lucky Subaru, Evo, GTR etc fans have a chance to show off their power readings also.

THE CHALLENGE
All entrants get 2 power runs with the best of the two runs being the result. This will either take you to the next round or enable you a placing for the challenge. There is no tuning or adjusting
of car on the dyno what so ever as this is run on the basis of as is. All vehicles must have wof and a full exhaust and all rotary powered vehicles must have scatter shield or blanket as per nzdra
rules. For the Road dyno setup in Auckland only, you must have road legal tyres in good condition.

There can only be 14 competitors at each event with 3 vehicles per class. There will also be wild card entrants or exhibition power runs from invited guest which will be chosen by Host
Workshop or 4 and Rotary Promotions.
The winners of each class will be decided on horse power per litre eg:
400kw 2ltr evo will be 200kw per litre
600kw 2.6 gtr will be 230.78kw per litre
Rotary horse power will be based on the Manz Motorsport Fomula and will be resulted upon this.
We are pushing the Dyno challenge as one of the major entertainments for the season and we can assure you a spectacular. Please ring the host workshops to enter for the competition.
