Hey Crew,

As the new MotoX columnist here on 720.co.nz, I figure I better give you a quick intro as to who i am and how i ended up feeding you the latest goss from the moto world...

Ive spent the last 6 years of my life incredibly focussed on making it in the big bad world of Freestyle Motocross. I got paid to ride my first show at age 15 and just kinda never looked back. At age 18 I won the first ever NZ Amateur FMX champs here in CHCH, and at age 19 rode with the Crusty Demons for the first and only time. I spent most of my FMX career on a 450 trying to prove they are just as good for FMX as any 250, and even got it upside down a couple of times. I have made some great relationships with incredible sponsors over the 6 years and have been paid good money to ride bikes. I have also put in an extreme amount of effort, dedication and sacrifice into the sport that i love so much. I have also broken 9 bones over those 6 years. I have been lucky enough to ride in shows with some of the worlds greatest riders, and secured myself a solid profile in the NZ FMX scene. As of this year, i have decided I have thrown enough at FMX and am now focussing on moving into other areas and trying to bring more of the fun back into 2 wheels. I have recently taken up road bike racing, which is proving to be a hell of a lot of fun. I'm also trying my hand at skydiving as a sport, I have my first solo skydive this saturday and cant wait to rip into it. My new angle is being the Demon Energy Lifestyle Athlete, trying my hand at anything and everything.

I'm super stoked on this site as it collaborates all the alternative lifestyle sports and throws them all in front of you, so like minded people can hook up and get down on their favourite sports.
